Crystals: Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite (Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite are also great to connect the third eye and throat), Clear Quartz, Selenite, Lepidolite, Amethyst, Purple Fluorite, Blue Kyanite, Labradorite.

Flowers/Herbs:
Blue Lotus (there are powerful teas made with Blue Lotus), Cacao, Eyebright, Mint, Sage, Sandalwood, Palo Santo, Angelica Root, Rosemary, Lavender.

Colors:
Dark Blue, Indigo, Sparkling Silver, Dark Blue with Sparkling Silver and/or Gold.

Creatures:

Imbalances in the throat chakra relate to difficulties in communication, self-expression, and personal truth, manifesting as either a blockage (fear of speaking, shyness) or overactivity (talking too much/too loud, yelling).

This chakra governs AUTHENTICITY/AUTHENTIC COMMUNICATION, CREATIVITY and THE ABILITY TO DEEPLY LISTEN.

Some suggestions to connect with to help heal this chakra:

Crystals: Blue Lace Agate, Azurite, Angelite, Celestite, Turquoise, Amazonite, Blue Chalcedony, Blue Calcite, Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite (lapis lazuli and sodalite are great to connect the throat and third eye).

Hello all! Happy weekend!

Let's take a minute and tune into your heart chakra...

Imbalances in the heart chakra (Anahata) — located in the center of your chest - manifest as anger, jealousy and coldness.

This chakra governs UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, COMPASSION, BALANCE and CONNECTION. It serves as a bridge between physical and spiritual planes.

A healthy heart chakra brings awareness of spirit and a compassionate connection to others. Its purpose is balance, which then allows our natural state ... LOVE.

When these energies are tainted or out of alignment, you may feel - emotional, physical, and spiritual disconnect often leading to jealousy, fear of intimacy, unforgiveness, and intense loneliness. You may feel guarded, trapped in bitterness, or exhibit self-centeredness and inability to receive or give love, often caused by past trauma or grief.

Heal your heart chakra!

Some suggestions to connect with to help heal your heart plexus:

A healthy heart chakra is vital because it acts as the energetic bridge between physical survival (lower chakras) and spiritual consciousness (upper chakras) - governing love, compassion, and emotional balance. A balanced heart chakra allows you to give and receive love freely, reducing feelings of jealousy, loneliness, depression and isolation.

Repeat this aloud or to yourself:

"When my heart is healthy, I feel compassion towards myself and profound connection to others!"

Happy Wednesday to you!

It matters how you think of yourself. How you talk about yourself. How you feel about yourself.

Let's take a minute and tune into your solar plexus chakra...

Imbalances in the solar plexus chakra (Manipura) — located about 3-4 finger widths above your navel in your core center - manifest as having low self-esteem, self-pity, feeling helpless, procrastination and victim mindset.

This chakra governs PERSONAL POWER.

Something that you may not have heard before is that the purpose of the solar plexus is mental expression! It is closely related to our thought forming process and manifesting / developing ideas. Your personal power has everything to do with how you form thoughts and how things manifest in your life.

When you have a strong mental expression → you have a strong, healthy sense of SELF.

When these energies are tainted or out of alignment, there is little to no motivation and possibly shame which makes it tough for changes to occur (changes within ourselves or within relationships, situations, etc.).

Heal your solar plexus chakra!

Some suggestions to connect with to help heal your solar plexus:

Crystals: Gold Tigers Eye, Citrine, Amber, Pyrite, Yellow Topaz, Yellow Jasper, Rutilated Quartz, Lemon Calcite, Gold.

Herbs/Resins/Flowers:
Lemongrass, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Myrrh, Turmeric, Lemon Balm, Daffodil, Sunflower, Dandelion, Yellow Calendula.

Colors:
Bight Yellow, Sparkling Gold.

Creatures:

Activities:
Sunbathing. Socializing. Opening your arms wide. Candle magic.

Imbalances in the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) — located a few inches below your navel - manifest as feelings of shame or humiliation, also - creative blocks, sexual disfunction and even emotional instability and addiction.

This chakra governs pleasure and it's purpose is movement and FLOW.

When these energies are tainted or out of alignment, there is little to no flow and the effects can be awful feelings of guilt and regret.

Heal your sacral chakra!

Some suggestions to connect with to help heal your sacral:

Crystals: Orange Calcite, Carnelian, Moonstone, Aquamarine, Snowflake Obsidian, Gold Tigers Eye, Sunstone, Amber, Rhodochrosite.
(Rhodochrosite is especially good for emotional healing)

Herbs/Roots/Flowers:
Cinnamon, Vanilla, Cypress, Hibiscus, Ginger, Rose Hips & Orange Peel together.

Colors:
Bright Orange, Orange-Red, Vibrant Rainbow.

Creatures:
Fish (and most sea creatures), Otter, Cat, Mermaid, Any playful creature and baby creature.

Activities:
Swim. Play games. Create something. Body movement. Do anything pleasurable.

Your creative expression is essential!

Write. Paint. Sing. Dance. Feel music (don't just listen). Move your body (hips, hands, etc.) in a figure-8 shape.

Create something!

Feeling sensual and passionate are important for your energy balance. Feel the pleasure and vibrance around you! You may have to search but it's there. It may be as simple as in your sip of tea or in the fact that the sun is out!
